This morning we have the first big snow event of the season. I really can not complain as I have been letting my deformed and painful feet wiggle in flip flop summer sandals with socks up until now. Now THAT is a gift! I am not looking forward to removing all this white stuff but know it is the price we pay to live in New England. It is pretty snow, fluffy and softly textured. It will be fun watching the TillMan (my maltese) joyfully gallop up and down the sidewalk until he gets too shivery and needs me to snuggle him up in my coat. Once the daily deeds are done, there is something nice about getting nestled inside and concentrating on creating things with cloth and thread...and beads...and Saturday is my day to do just that.
